These Terms of Service define your relationship with HiHealthyHeart. By accessing or using our services, you agree to these terms.

HiHealthyHeart is incorporated under the laws of Canada and operates under Canadian law.

Age requirement: 18+

Your Relationship with HiHealthyHeart
These terms define the relationship between you and HiHealthyHeart. We grant you permission to access and use our services if you accept these terms.

What You Can Expect from Us:

• We provide a service platform (ECG Interpreter)
• We continuously develop, improve, and update the ECG Interpreter
• The service is considered delivered once the information appears on your device screen. We also reserve the right to send this information to the email address you provided
• We use artificial intelligence and machine learning to provide instant interpretation of heart signals
• We may add or remove features, expand or limit usage, launch new services, or discontinue existing ones. Some services may allow configuration of automatic updates

What We Expect from You:

• Follow these terms and any service-specific terms
• You may access and use HiHealthyHeart services only while complying with these terms
• We retain all intellectual property rights related to our services

Respect Others:

• Comply with applicable laws, including sanctions, export control, and anti-trafficking laws
• Respect privacy and intellectual property rights
• Do not harm yourself or others, or encourage such actions (e.g., threats, deception, defamation, bullying, harassment, stalking, impersonation)

Don’t Abuse Our Services:
Prohibited actions include (but are not limited to):

• Injecting malware
• Spamming, hacking, or bypassing security measures
• Unauthorized unlocking, competitive querying, or prompt injection
• Fraudulent or misleading activities such as phishing, creating fake accounts, reviews, or content
• Misrepresenting AI-generated content as human-made
• Offering HiHealthyHeart services as if developed by you or another party
• Offering third-party services under HiHealthyHeart’s name
• Violating others’ rights (e.g., privacy, intellectual property)
• Reverse engineering our services or technologies to reveal trade secrets or proprietary information (unless permitted by law)
• Using automated systems to access content against our web restrictions (e.g., scraping or data harvesting)
• Using AI-generated content from our services to train machine learning models
• Concealing your identity or impersonating others to violate these terms
• Providing services that encourage others to violate these terms

Permission to Use Your Content:
Some services may let you upload, store, transmit, or share your content. You are not required to submit content, but if you do, ensure you have the legal rights and that it complies with the law.

Service-Related Communications:
We may send you notifications and other information. Feedback you provide may be used to improve our services without obligation. You may contact us at: tech@hihealthyheart.com

Content in Our Services:
Do not remove, obscure, or alter HiHealthyHeart branding, logos, or legal notices.

Disclaimers:
Do not rely on our services for medical, legal, financial, or other professional advice. All such content is provided for informational purposes only and cannot replace consultation with a qualified professional.
Note: Our algorithm processes far more parameters, factors, and input data than those visible on the screen.

Liabilities:

• We’re not responsible for indirect losses or punitive damages
• Our total liability is limited to 105% of your payment for the relevant service

For Business Users:
If you are a business user or organization, you agree to indemnify HiHealthyHeart, its directors, officers, employees, and contractors against expenses from legal proceedings caused by your misuse of our services or violation of these terms, except where caused by HiHealthyHeart’s negligence or misconduct.
HiHealthyHeart is not liable for: lost profits, revenue, opportunities, reputation, savings, indirect or consequential damages, or punitive damages.

Dispute Resolution:
All disputes are governed by Canadian law and resolved in federal or Ontario courts. By using our services, you and HiHealthyHeart consent to the jurisdiction of these courts.
