Your Relationship with HiHealthyHeart
We give you permission to access and use our services if you agree to follow these terms.

What You Can Expect from Us:

• Platform ECG AI interpreter
• Continuous improvements and updates using artificial intelligence and machine learning
• The ability to export your data to the email you provided during payment

What We Expect from You:

• Follow these and any service-specific terms
• Use the service legally and respectfully
• Respect our intellectual property

Respect Others:

• Follow trafficking laws
• Respect privacy and intellectual property rights
• Do not abuse or harm others or yourself

Don’t Abuse Our Services:
Prohibited actions include (but are not limited to):

• Malware, spamming, hacking, prompt injection
• Phishing, creating fake accounts or content
• Misleading others with AI-generated content
• Reverse engineering or using automated scraping
• Using AI-generated content to train models

Permission to Use Your Content:
You retain ownership of any content you upload. Ensure it's lawful and you have the right to share it.

Service-Related Communications:
We may send service updates. Feedback you provide may be used to improve our platform without obligation.

Content in Our Services:
Don’t remove or obscure branding or legal notices.

Disclaimers:
Do not rely on this service for medical, legal, financial, or other professional advice. It is for informational use only.

Liabilities:

• We’re not responsible for indirect losses or punitive damages
• Our total liability is limited to the greater of US $50 or 105% of the fees you paid

For Business Users:
You agree to indemnify HiHealthyHeart for legal proceedings caused by your misuse, except where caused by our own negligence or misconduct.

Dispute Resolution:
All disputes are governed by Canadian law. You agree to resolve them in Canadian courts.
